The Red Sox have lost six in a row and haven’t provided fans with too many enjoyable highlights at Fenway Park recently, so it appears that fans have taken it upon themselves to provide the highlights. Earlier this week we saw a fan come up with the most casual snatch of a ground rule double that you’ve ever seen, and now we have this.
Two Sox fans at last night’s game against the Blue Jays attempted to get their paws on a rolling foul ball down the third base line but, unfortunately for them, it was juuuust a bit out of reach. To their credit, they refused to give up and extended their arms and bodies as far as they could muster until one of them came away with the ball. Talk about an earned souvenir.
