The MLB postseason is just around the corner (of which the Division Series will be shown on FOX Sports 1) and in order to get properly hyped for the playoffs, we’re taking a look back at some of baseball’s most memorable postseason highlights.
Today, we remember Roy Halladay’s no-hitter against the Reds in the 2010 NLDS.
It is one thing to throw a no-hitter. It’s quite another to throw one in the playoffs. And then, it’s something else entirely to throw a no-hitter in one’s first ever playoff appearance. Yet, after spending over a decade with the Toronto Blue Jays and not reaching the playoffs once, Roy Halladay managed to make the most of his career postseason debut by not allowing Cincinnati to get a single hit against him in the first game of the 2010 National League Division Series.

It was an absolute display of control under the game’s brightest lights, the sort of performance that will be remembered for a long time to come. Hopefully, this year’s Division Series will produce something just as great.
