Aroldis Chapman, who is a closer for the Cinncinati Reds struck out Martin Maldonado of the Brewers for the final out and save, then decided to pull off a double forward roll off the mound. This is one of the most enthusiastic save celebrations we have ever seen in the June time-frame, but we like what we saw. It should be noted that Chapman struck out three batters in the ninth for his 9th save in his last 12 attempts.
Bronson Arroyo of the Reds took a no-hitter all the way into the eighth inning before giving up a three-run lead. However, Drew Stubbs led off the bottom half of the eighth with a home run, which was eventually the difference in the Reds 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.
