Prince Fielder did not exactly live up to his surname during Wednesday night’s game against the Athletics. The Rangers first baseman hilariously belly flopped after after misreading a fifth inning pop up in foul territory, leading to a blooper that he’d probably like to erase from the Internet forever.
It wasn’t quite as majestic as Fielder’s belly flop in Boston during the playoffs a few years ago, but – hey, cut him a break – he’s got plenty of time to regain his form.
