We have seen an overwhelming outpouring of love and tributes to Yogi Berra, who passed away on Tuesday at the age of 90. The 18-time All-Star catcher, 13-time World Series champion and 1972 Hall of Fame inductee is one of the most revered and beloved players and managers of all-time, thus prompting just about everyone to stop for a few moments this week to pay homage to the legend.
Included in that group was President Obama, who sent out this awesome tweet on Wednesday:
Yogi Berra was an American original – a Hall of Famer, jovial prophet, & a humble veteran. We'll miss you, Yogi, but your legacy ain't over.
