Another day, another crazy barehanded catch by a minor leaguer.
First, it was Zach Shields of the Billing Mustangs who robbed a grand slam by making this barehanded grab a couple weeks ago. This time, Carolina Mudcats (Class-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves) shortstop Reed Harper decided baseball gloves are overrated.
Harper (no relation to that Bryce guy on the Washington Nationals) dove to somehow make this unreal play on Thursday:
