The Tampa Bay Rays aren’t having the best luck on the field this season but, hey, at least outfielder Matt Joyce was able to pull off an extremely impressive feat in the batting cage this week. While taking some batting practice, Joyce managed to hit a ball off the top of the cage and it bounced straight into the pitching machine, sending it whizzing back him again.
Understandably, Joyce was caught off guard and was a little spooked by the second incoming pitch. That’s certainly not something you see every day.
