We’re just a couple weeks away from the postseason and the race for the NL West crown is heating up. As you can see below, the Giants are now just three games back of the Dodgers.
Sure enough, on Monday, the Giants and Dodgers will begin a three-game series. As of now, Jake Peavy is slated to start the first game for the Giants. When asked about it, Peavy explained just how excited he was.
I asked Peavy if he’s amped for next start at LA: “I won’t lie. I was just in the shower thinking about Dee Gordon.”
