It doesn’t matter how much money or time a professional sports team sinks into their stadium, the fans will always, always, ALWAYS find a way to complain about something. Some of those fans will even go so far as to go to Yelp.com and leave terrible reviews on the stadium in an attempt to warn other fans…or to just make themselves feel better because they love complaining.
That’s why we shouldn’t be too surprised to find out that most MLB stadiums around the league have some tough critics on Yelp. Fortunately, somebody went around and grabbed the best (or worst, depending on how you look at it) one-star reviews – the worst you can get on the site – and compiled them for our reading pleasure.
Some cite hilariously stupid reasons for the bad rating while others make some valid points that – as a fan who attends sporting events quite often – I can relate to. Also, congratulations to Kauffman Stadium, Miller Park, PNC Park, and Progessive Field…you’ve apparently made Yelp users quite happy.
