Alcides Escobar makes some spectacular plays at shortstop on a regular basis, but this one from Thursday night was just plain filthy.
Escobar ranged to his right and made a jaw-dropping barehanded play with a one-hop throw to retire Cleveland Indians speedster Michael Bourn.
The play gave Royals fans something to cheer about in a 6-2 loss.
