Tampa Bay Rays outfielder David DeJesus was lucky some idiotic fan sitting down the left field line had terrible aim last night, otherwise DeJesus would have been covered in nasty tobacco juice. Immediately after recording the second out of the eighth inning in Cleveland last night night, DeJesus had a makeshift spittoon hurled in his direction by a nearby fan. Fortunately, the spitter landed a few feet in front of DeJesus, who did not at all seem pleased by the incident.
