The Cubs’ Jon Lester has had a rough two starts for the Cubbies this season, and as expected some fans are already getting upset at the star pitcher. A few of those fans took to Twitter to do some trolling of Lester, but he was having none of it.
One of the trolls specifically referenced an overthrow from Lester to first base, which has been the cause of a good amount of speculation.
As you can see below, Lester was able to put the trolls back under their bridges with a couple different strategies.
