Spring Training is the time for MLB players work off the rust that may they may have accrued during the winter. For some folks – such as Josh Reddick – they’re in game form right off the bat, while others – such as Carl Crawford – need a few cracks to get back into the swing of things.
Hopefully Crawford is able to familiarize himself with proper sliding technique once again before Opening Day rolls around.
