Tough luck for this Braves fan who tried to be a hero and catch a foul ball with his hat on Wednesday night in Atlanta. Instead of looking cool and making the highlight reel snag with his cap, he’s now a shoe-in for the Not Top 10 after catching it hard off the face.
It really wasn’t even that close, either. I know I always make fun of adults who bring their glove to games but – if this is the alternative – you should probably just bring your damn mitt next time.
PS – Also a horrible effort by the dude wearing the sweatband on his wrist. If you’re gonna wear a sweatband, you should probably show a little hustle.
