The ridiculous folks at Hermes are now selling a $14,100 baseball glove and the sad part is that I have a feeling there are plenty of folks who have purchased one. The glove is extremely special and well worth the $14,100 because it looks like a normal baseball glove (ugh). According to the Hermes website the glove is covered in “gold swift calfskin… Hand stitched and finished, requiring 25 hours of work.” Right next to it on the site is also a baseball bat which seems like a steal as it retails for only $1,925.00.
Please tell me that people don’t actually use these, right?
