Karla Begley, an Ontario (Canada) resident, has a 13-year-old son, Max, who suffers from severe autism. Begely told CityNews that Max stays with his grandmother in nearby Newcastle in the morning during the summer. It was at Max’s grandmother’s house where the World’s Worst Person delivered the hateful diatribe seen above.
