Our never-ending quest to find the World’s Worst Driver takes us to Victoria (the one in Australia), where some lady pulled off a mind-boggling 24-point turn in the parking lot of a local strip mall. Watching this on a computer is bad enough. I can only imagine actually being there, unable to free my vehicle from the clutches of the debacle unfolding in front of me.
