A neighborhood in Florida is getting Tim Tebow as a resident and the citizens of a private community in Jacksonville couldn’t be happier about the prospect of living near what is left of Tebowmania.

Gee golly, even Tebow’s new $1.4 million house looks impossibly wholesome.
Of course, Tebow’s neighbors are thrilled at the prospect of having a new member of the community who will probably never party late into the night or even leave the garbage can out for an extra day.
TMZ Sports interviewed several of Tebow’s soon-to-be acquaintances:
“Everyone’s excited for him to move in, he seems like a nice man who will make a great neighbor. Our friends are more excited than anyone else!”
Another neighbor told us, “We’ve had athletes living in the area before who PARTY … but I can’t envision any parties based on his character.”
Like most things involving Tim Tebow, the hype of being Tim Tebow’s neighbor is likely to be much more exciting than the reality. Tebowmania doesn’t die, even when it comes to real estate purchases.
