Sublime became huge in 1996 with their album of the same name, featuring “What I Got,” “Wrong Way,” and “Santeria.” Their lead singer was already dead however, so in people’s thirst for more Sublime they were forced to look back at their previous work. It was then that their 1992 release 40oz. to Freedom started to gain mainstream popularity. My favorite of their songs: “Badfish.”
