This highlight comes from the Commonwealth Games, which appears to be the World Cup of ping pong (or “table tennis” if you’re a lame nerd), and features an absolutely ridiculous 41-shot rally between Segun Toriola of Nigeria and Gao Ning of Singapore.
It looks like Ning has Toriola on the ropes from the get-go, but the Nigerian showcases some awesome defense again and again until Ning surrenders the point by putting a little too much muscle into a shot.
Toriola won the battle but Ning eventually won the war, defeating him in five sets.
