As free agency is set to get underway, Frank Gore has reportedly decided to sign with the Indianapolis Colts.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN:
Let's try this again: Frank Gore plans to sign with Indy, per source; deal expected to be similar to Philly offer: 3-years, $12M, $7.5M gtd.

It was reported over the weekend that Gore had planned to sign with the Eagles and talks had developed far enough that there was supposedly a contract in place.
Gore is leaving the San Francisco 49ers after spending his whole ten-year career with the team. He is the 49ers all-time leader in rushing touchdowns and rushing yards. Gore is still a productive back (as evidenced by his 1,106 rushing yards last season) but he is closer to the end of his career than the start. At the very least, he’ll give the Colts a steady running presence that the team sorely lacked last year.
As for the Eagles, at least they’ll always have this fan-made tribute video to Frank Gore’s time with the team.
