All we know about this video is that it was recorded during a swamp boat excursion in Louisiana (yeah, we thought this had Florida Man written all over it, too), and that the insane man in the water hand/mouth-feeding the alligators is the tour guide. No, seriously, this guy is basically making out with an alligator. Meanwhile, state and local wildlife officials are investigating this rather ill-advised interaction.
