Most of us have witnessed the highly competitive battle of Pennsylvania between the Flyers and Penguins in the first round of the NHL Playoffs. Both teams have been candid about their dislike for one another, including each others fanbases. In yesterday’s pre-game warm ups, Claude Giroux punk’d some Penguins fans by pretending to throw them a puck over the glass and then skating away. I thought this was brilliant, not only because I’m an avid supporter of the Flyers, but because I’m always happy to see more fuel added to the fire. This just elevates the competition, which of course means more hitting, more fighting, more entertainment for all…
