Black and Tan
1/2 Pale Ale or Lager
1/2 Guinness or any Stout/Porter
Using a spoon is the trick to making this drink. (The spoon will be held upside down over the glass). Pour your Pale Ale at angle into the glass regularly, until 2/3 full. Then, pour the Guinness over the spoon (upside-down spoon) into the glass. Don’t pour too fast or too slow.
