That is the character of Bruce Chandling portrayed by comedic genius Kyle Mooney. Kyle is a member of Good Neighbor comedy group, and he and another buddy Beck Bennett will be featured on the new season of Saturday Night Live.
Bruce is one of Kyle’s many brilliant characters, based on the premise of being a horrible comedian. Only Kyle could make something so bad, so funny:
