Los Angeles experienced some inclement weather this past weekend. And when I say ‘inclement’, I mean that it rained a little bit.
But that rain proceeded to cause flash floods, car accidents (nothing to do with the rain, actually, that’s just California driving) and almost put a damper on the Oscars because LA folk can’t handle humidity.
Besides all that – Redondo Beach saw the biggest swell in nearly 30 years with 25-foot+ breakers. Intense. So, naturally, a few of the Southbay’s finest surfer dudes wanted to shred.
Boards are broken, one guy nearly drowns, the chick commentating says the F-word, and in a serious Baywatch moment the lifeguard has to get involved – enjoy!
