Former Steelers DB and current Mississippi State Cornerbacks coach Deshea Townsend owns a home in the Pittsburgh area that saw a massive drug bust on Sunday night.
According to Pro Football Talk, two other men were arrested at Townsend’s home after police seized 1,500 bricks (75,000 stamped bags) of heroin, 16 firearms, more than $100,000 in cash and jewelry, and a live chicken amongst other items. It is unclear if Townsend , who retired in 2010 and joined the Mississippi State staff last season, is connected to the drug bust.
While unconfirmed, is being rumored that Vince Wilfork purchased the live chicken.
