This is amazing. During the Kansas v Kansas State college basketball game this weekend Kansas State’s Jamar Samuels thought he had 2 important points but somehow he was robbed. What the hell happened here? According to the NCAA rules (Rule 4, Section 33 of the NCAA rulebook) the refs made the correct call by not allowing the bucket that should have been. Bad luck buddy.
