If you have ever sat through a rain delay at a baseball game you know just how boring it can be. So, when rain during the Nebraska Cornhuskers and California State-Bakersfield baseball game Sunday, August 29th postponed the action, fans were not expecting to get the show they did.
In what will go down as one of the most epic rain delays of all time, both the Nebraska and Cal State-Bakersfield baseball teams decided to throw down in a dance battle for the ages. This battle had everything – “the bernie,” curling, bowling, wrestling, a battle scene from “The Patriot,” bobsled practice and what battle would be complete without an epic all “dougie” finale?
I don’t know which team decided to start this, but it was pure genius. Words cannot fully explain the hilarity of what went down, you just have to watch for yourself:
