Kayabuki, a restaurant just north of Tokoyo, actually has 2 masked monkeys working as waiters. This almost seems too good to be true. The outfits are the icing on the cake as they are masked and wear schoolgirl outfits. According to a blogger (Anna Ikeda) who shot the below video the monkeys:
The food is OK, but just barely this side of OK. The service is non-existent. No wonder then that when a British TV crew visited Kayabuki some time ago, some customers said that the monkeys were actually better waiters. At least they brought you things, which cannot be said about the human staff.
I would pay good money to have a monkey dressed up like a schoolgirl serve me food.
