Kansas fans have started a White House petition after the revealing of the most hideous uniforms in college basketball earlier today.
The petition, which requires 100,000 signatures, is clear in its purpose:
Adidas has designed uniforms for KU basketball that are stylistically heinous and tarnish a venerated institution. Stand up for our university, for coherent color schemes, and for the spirit of Wilt Chamberlain.
Adidas clearly went overboard with their appalling clashing uniforms and while the petition will not carry weight before conference tournaments, a legitimate uprising of this mockey is refreshing.
