If you missed the final round of the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai on Sunday, you missed a very impressive round of golf by Justin Rose. Rose didn’t win the tournament, thanks to Rory McIlroy’s five straight birdies to close out his round, but he put together a ridiculous final round, sinking eight birdies and one eagle to finish with a 10-under 62.
Rose finished the round with a would-have-been eagle on the par-5 18th hole that he tapped in for birdie. After his second shot landed on the back of the green, Rose was looking at a very lengthy putt to cap off an already impressive back nine and he came within inches of nailing a near impossible putt. The putt looked as if it was left well short when it almost completely stopped at the top of the hill, but the ball started rolling again and stopped right before falling in the pin.
Nonetheless, an incredible putt to end an incredible round.
