Jody Shelley had no issue brushing off the cobwebs from his gloves against Jay Rosehill of the Toronto Maple Leafs in his first preseason game. Shelley led things off with a vicious boarding of Darryl Boyce and Rosehill stepped in to voice his displeasure. A great preseason fight ensued in which Shelley was ejected directly following.
