The Outback Bowl between South Carolina and Michigan took a turn on a massive hit delivered by one of the best defensive players in college football. Check out the below bone-rattling hit delivered by South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney on running back Vincent Smith which also jarred the ball loose and ended up in Clowney’s hands. The play shifted the momentum for South Carolina with just over eight minutes left in the game and being down 22-21 at the time.
Dylan Thompson also did his part by coming off the bench and tossing a 32-yard touchdown pass with only 11 seconds remaining in the game to give South Carolina a 33-28 win over Michigan.
