Kings captain Dustin Brown attempted to deliver a big-time body check to Canucks defenseman Christopher Tanev last night in Vancouver but, unfortunately for Brown, his calculations were just a bit offline. The forward ended up completely whiffing on the check and instead sent himself flying face first into the glass behind the net. Embarrassing, but Brown’s Kings would go on to win 3-2.
