Four Colorado State University coaches’ wallets got quite a bit lighter over the weekend after an incoming freshman nailed a half-court shot at a Rams Welcome Week activity. The four coaches — Larry Eustachy (Men’s Basketball), Tom Hilbert (Volleyball), Jim McElwain (football), Ryun Williams (Women’s Basketball) — offered to cover a full year’s tuition on a made basket, and, because making shots for free tuition is the hot thing this summer, it went in.
The next video we’d like to see is all the coaches explaining this to their wives/significant others.
