Oregon’s sophomore quarterback, Marcus Mariota, is playing out of his mind and has easily cruised into our top 5 watch. Mariota tossed for 199 yards on 14 of 28 attempts and ran for another touchdown and 122 yards as the Ducks demolished Virginia by a score of 59-10. Marcus has officially arrived and jumped comfortably into the No. 3 spot on our list.
