Brayden Schenn had his hockey toughness tested on Tuesday night, and he passed with flying colors.
Schenn took a skate to the stomach after laying a check on Danus Zubrus during the Flyers’ game against the Devils in New Jersey. Schenn didn’t come out of the game because of course he didn’t.
Instead, he got the wound cleaned up right there on the bench and kept right on playing. Then, he scored the game-winning goal in overtime because of course he did.
