This week at Wimbledon, we have seen some great things. But this fan giving advice to Viktor Troicki on how to beat Novak Djokovic might have been the best thing yet. As Troicki was trying to come back from going down two sets to none, a fan yelled out, “go to his backhand, Viktor!” The Serb then held out his racket to the crowd as if to say, ‘here, you try it’ and the crowd erupted into laughter. But then on Troicki’s next serve, he went to Djokovic’s backhand and won the point.
The crowd cheered and Troicki gave a thumb’s up and a head-nod to the fan as he smiled. Although he won the point, Troicki went on to lose to Djokovic in straight sets. At least he had this one, shining moment:
