In order to promote the anticipated Curry 2 basketball shoe release, Under Armour has put together this ad where Jamie Foxx dramatically pontificates about the evolution of basketball while he throws some flashbangs at Steph Curry’s feet.
The brief explosions do give off enough light to see Curry drain some shots and it does provide some dramatic smoke to highlight the “Iron Sharpens Iron” colorway of the Curry 2that will release later this week but one would think that there would be a more effective (and less frightening) way to emphasize Curry’s quick release than by throwing small explosives in his general vicinity.
No denying that it does make for some beautiful looking shots though.
