Golfer Michelle Wie was one of the most hyped athletes of her time and has settled into a good role on the LPGA tour. Now she is showing off with a new shoe from Nike.
The Solheim Cup is taking place and in honor of the 15th anniversary of the tournament, Nike has debuted a shoe that Wie will be wearing all week. The shoe features over 6,000 crystals in the shoe and they look absolutely gaudy.
On the heel of the shoe, it features her nickname “Wiezy.” Only making the shoes all the more unique.
As you can see in the image above, those aren’t the show shoes and these are a modified pair that she is wearing in action. Now if you are hoping to get a pair yourself, these shoes won’t be released. These are a Wie exclusive making them a real collector’s item.
But you can get a similar pair that are in collaboration with Swarovski that will be coming out in September. Talk about a statement.
