Hype Level: 8 – The Air Jordan 6 is a very popular retro and the red tumbled leather upper and icy soles are legitimately nice (the green accents take a bit longer to appreciate). This will probably sell out on the day of release but you’ll probably have an easier time getting this Air Jordan 6 than the one that is being released later this month.

Hype Level: 2 – Releasing on the same day as the Air Jordan 6, this Jordan Spizike features similar red and green accents. Spizikes don’t get much love to begin with and this will undoubtedly be slept on while people clamor after the 6’s. The only reason that these might do well is that they are a retro of the Spizike’s original colorway.

Hype Level: 1 – There is no picture of these Spizike’s yet and I doubt it will matter. Grade school-only sneakers are not very difficult to find, especially for something like a Spizike model.

Hype Level: 3 – On the one hand, it’s an Air Jordan 3 model and Jordan 3’s are some of the hypest and greatest shoes around. On the other hand, it’s a grade-school only model which means that you’re not buying these unless you’re an avid collector, a really small person or someone who wants their kids to have fly kicks that they’ll grow out of in two months. In other words, the collector pool for these is small.
Air Jordan Future Premium

Hype Level: 8 – The premium label is due to the 3M tooling which will make these shoes flash in the right light. A black and red colorway will always do well, especially when the shoe looks like a casual version of the incredibly popular Air Jordan XI. There will be competing attention for this model with the Air Jordan 6 which is also releasing on the 9th but there should be a good amount of hype for these based on their obvious commonalities with the Jordan XI “Breds”.
