Nike has released a glimpse at the Hyper Elite Road uniforms that the Kentucky Wildcats will be wearing this season. The uniforms feature the signature royal blue of the Wildcats with the ‘UK’ logo on the chest above the number.
The new uniforms are the most advanced from Nike to date. The jerseys are made 0f at least 96% recycled polyester, and the shorts are 100% recycled in construction. The 3D-structured Dri-FIT material pulls sweat from the body and the Nike Aerographics allow for added ventilation. All of the logos and numbers are applied to the uniforms via heat-transfer to make them as lightweight as possible.
The Wildcats will be one of twelve teams that will be rocking the new Nike Hyper Elite road uniforms this season. It is rumored that Kentucky will debut the new uniforms on February 16th against Tennessee.

The other teams that will don the Hyper Elite Road this season include North Carolina, Villanova, Southern California, Ohio State, Gonzaga, Georgetown, Duke, Michigan State and the women’s teams from Baylor, UCONN, and Stanford.
