The Cleveland Browns unveiled a new primary logo and helmet on Tuesday morning and, well, you probably wouldn’t have even noticed the difference if you weren’t paying attention.
After the team announced they’d be making a change to signify a rebranding of the organization, a lot of hype and speculation has surrounded the team, which has only used two primary logos in its history – Brownie the Elf and an orange helmet.
The orange helmet is staying pretty much the same, just receiving a brighter shade of orange and a brown facemask instead of gray. The ‘Dawg Pound’ logo got a more significant makeover, but it’s still nothing worth writing home about.
The team will unveil new uniforms before the NFL Draft in April, so let’s hope those bring a little more excitement than this lame unveiling.
