The Chicago Blackhawks, playing in what seems to be their 8237th outdoor game in the past handful of years, unveiled the jerseys that they will be wearing for the 2015 Winter Classic on New Year’s Day. The team officially debuted the special sweaters at an unveiling ceremony on Wednesday night. Check them out below:
The jersey pays homage to the history of the franchise, as it’s modeled after one of the sweaters worn by the team in 1957.
The Washington Capitals, the game’s host at Nationals Park, already unveiled their uniforms in September.
