There are a lot of strange professions out there but it seems that this dude has them all beat. Meet David Rees, an artisinal pencil sharpener located in Brooklyn, NY. Yes, you read that correctly. This guy sharpens pencils for a living. Only #2 pencils, however, so if you like a #1 or #3 you can shove it.
The video is long, I know, but it’s mesmerizing. This dude is either a very high functioning autistic or a completely batshit crazy man. Either way, he’s REALLY into sharpening pencils and his video is worth every minute.
