First, bravo to Corey McCloskey for loving his job so damn much that he has overwhelming enthusiasm for a high school pep rally. However, dude, it’s a high school pep rally.
The FOX 10 Phoenix reporter visited Desert Vista High School for the station’s weekly pep rally segment and he was in heaven. Watch as McCloskey acts as if Pope Francis announced he has signed with the Arizona Cardinals and would start in place of Carson Palmer this weekend.
He even pretends to lose his microphone in a tuba, which the anchors absolutely loved:
