Kacy Catanzaro became the first woman to complete the final obstacle course on American Ninja Warrior.
And while that may not seem like one of the greatest accomplishments ever, considering that American Ninja Warrior is one of those summer-filler television shows that are often forgotten long before they even finish airing, what Catanzaro was able to accomplish using her tiny frame is impressive.
Hell, even the announcers barely sounded like they had to sell anything here and if you weren’t cheering along in all of American Ninja Warrior‘s cheesy glory by the end of this, check to see if you have a pulse.
