In case you missed it, Saturday Night Live celebrated its 40th anniversary with a ridiculously star-studded and entertaining three and a half hour special last night. Tons of past and present stars were invited to celebrate their role in the sketch comedy show’s legendary run, and many were called upon to reprise beloved characters for some new material.
Among the famous skits that were brought back? Celebrity Jeopardy, which has always been one of my favorite sketches in the history of the show. Will Ferrell returned to play Alex Trebek while Darrell Hammond and Norm Macdonald reprised their roles as Sean Connery and Burt Reynolds, respectively, alongside other great talent. The entire sketch was outstanding and, in my opinion, one of the best all night. Check it out in full above.
