Mike Golic absolutely destroyed the idiots behind the wildly disgusting and vile comments about Curt Schiling’s daughter. For those late to the story, Schilling tweeted congratulations to high school school daughter for her decision to play softball at Salve Regina University.
A handful of Twitter folks proceeded to react with mind-blowingly inappropriate comments that included intensely suggestive and sexual messages better suited for a banned graphic porn novel. Schilling then found these individuals and requested apologies before reporting the others to their respective employer, organization or institution. As a result, a few of those fools have been fired, suspended or other disciplined very harshly for their comments.
The reception for Schilling’s move has been overwhelmingly supportive, with many people loving what the former MLB pitcher did to destroy those that suggested such pathetic acts. One of those singing Schilling’s praises is ESPN personality Mike Golic.
During the Mike & Mike broadcast at the ESPN Wide World of Sports on Wednesday morning, he unleaded an epic rant and proceeded to mock the Twitter trolls. The entire video is worthwhile but you can skip to the 2:30 mark if you just wish to hear Golic annihilate the idiots:
